That will help reduce your risk of prostate cancer. And if you can do it twice even better. How much is her non-insurance bill rate?

There are vast differences between an open and closed mind. When a closed mind hears a new idea, the first thought is "does this idea fit with my lifestyle?" If the answer is NO then the new idea is shot down, ridiculed, made fun of, and deemed unworthy. The closed mind looks for proof that the new idea has no merit, just because its not compatible with their lifestyle or addiction.
The open mind asks itself - "would this new idea have the potential to improve my life, situation, etc?"
If the answer is yes - the open mind is willing to give it a shot based on potential.

This has been well known for a while now. More ejaculation is better for prevention of prostate cancer.

I was open minded about it. Read both sides of the issue and determined that you were simply an idiot who must have been hurt by a provider. Grow a pair and go fuck someone.

wow - sounds like I hit a nerve. why did you assume I was talking about you? Name calling is usually a last resort by those who lack merit in their counterargument. If it doesn't fit your lifestyle, thats fine. just say so! but to pretend there isn't a strong argument for the benefits of semen retention is closed minded. Name calling is weak.

actually, the mayo clinic states this: "At this time, there is no conclusive evidence that frequent ejaculation reduces the risk of prostate cancer."

do you look at the mayo clinic as a respectable resource? I certainly do. there is also scientific evidence that semen retention is great for you - both mentally and physically. whether it agrees with your lifestyle or not, there is merit to it as an alternative. As a hobbyist, but a truth seeker - I have experienced very positive effects from semen retention.

I work out 4X a week in the gym and play tennis 3X a week. my workout that days was legs, chest, tri's. 2-3 different exercises for each and 6-8 reps. I have noticed increased energy in the gym from semen retention, plus I have been up since my 530am gym workout and am not currently tired. I definitely felt much different when I had fun hobbying 9X in October!

EXACTLY - i never said there wasn't a solid counterargument. Shit - I actually wish that there wasn't a scientific community that feels differently. It would make hobbying all that more mentally and physically satisfying.

Wait. So, you're using "machines"? 6-8 reps? How many sets? I'm confused. You're not telling me anything.
(And yes, I'm going somewhere with this.)
