Sorry all but I will not be able to attend this one, Hattiesburg is a little far for a day tripper like me and the 4pm start time doesn't work for me.

Tess and I have secured a quaint little place in Hattiesburg for our M&G. For those of you that will be securing lodging for the evening, we will be closer to north Hattiesburg (59 & 49 junction) then we will be to Hardy Street or Downtown.

Tess and I will be there at 4 and the M&G will officially be over about 7; however, we are welcomed to stay as individuals or a group as long as we like.

Tess and I will have finger sandwiches along with a fruit and veggie tray available for snacking (as our place does not serve food). We have decided to ask if anyone would like to bring something to snack on that would be great. (although, there are a few fast food places, that I have been told, will deliver to our place without any problems)

We have a few days more than a month before our great meeting....make sure you have made arrangements and have sent your information into Tess, you don't want to miss this one! >:-)

I can't remember if I asked it in this thread or the closed Hattiesburg M&G thread; however, get references from either providers or date check or P411 (date check is cheaper, but P411 you can call and they'll put you info on paper and shread the paper when it's verified.

I figured I might as well start paying forward, now.

It's like a little networking, A little drinking, a little catching up and meeting new people. Putting a face to a handle.
I just like to be with all the gorgeous women in the same room, actually talking to me!
Seriously I've been to a few m&g's over the years, and every time I end up with a new friend or two or three down the road, never that night tho. some parties are better than others, but I enjoy the variety.
I got a big to do list. Lol

Belinda, Biomed, and Weeddadd got it right. It's an opportunity to meet folks of similar interest in PUBLIC place. Everyone conducts themselves with decorum and enjoys the company. No arrangements are made during the event, although that's not saying that meetings might be arranged before the event for either before or afterward.

M&G are a great place to put a face with a name. Its nice to find you have things in common that wouldn't have come out on the board. I've made some good friends here.
