Outrageous. Imagine that it costs $63 to have a preexisting condition covered! I bet people that have cancer and lupus or MS and other diseases and who don't have health insurance will be outraged that it will cost them another $63 to get health insurance coverage that will provide medical care that might save their or their loved ones lives.

Oh no, it costs waaaaay mooore than $63 to cover pre-existing. This little fee bump is just the beginning of the Obama cost shifting,and overall decline in healthcare. As Obamacare is implemented, costs will continue to go up and services down. You can bet on it.

And their kids too....or get their care completely at taxpayer expense at the local county hospital, which is of course, what happens now to folks who don't have any health insurance. Hey, its only $63 right? Hell, anyone can afford that right? Who is saying "no healthcare" for them? Not me. If someone is a higher risk, then they would have to pay a little more. Insurance has worked like that since the beginning of time.
