I've had them come off several times but only one occasion where I didn't notice. In my experiences the times they've come off have been when lube was used before applying the condom or after ejaculation and I'm still going at it. The sensation is better with a little lube but it has to be used sparingly. The last time one was starting to come off was at a soapland in Japan. In all the ladies I have seen I have only had a condom break once. We noticed it immediately, put on a new one, and went back to our fun. When I have had one slip off its usually after I shoot my shot in the hat inside her. When I back out, the condom my slid off. I think in some cases, dudes are probably trying to use condoms that are too big for them.

Old move. But what I recently have discovered is the trusty handy dandy std test kits that most drug stores carry. For my regular clients whom I have some history with we will do some tests at beginning of our session (takes about 20 minutes). Also Talent testing is a great resource that I always tell guys they can use because it’s controlled and discreet. But yea condoms are not 100% and under certain conditions (extremely wet or prolonged sessions) can break etc. Have to be aware when he is back there I always double check condom during doggy especially if I didn’t put the cover on.

Had a couple break, and another come off on the pull out. On the latter here, it wasn't buried in her, but sticking out well enough that it was easy to pull all the way out without spilling any contents. On the first break, I was unaware. In terms of accidental stuff:

To the OP, for me i know exactly when it breaks or comes off. Not sure if its because i'm uncut, or just because 98% of the time i don't use them. Doggy is the only position i think i could possibly get one off without it being noticed, the stealthing part. I've had quite a few break, all brands all types. Usually due to odd positions i like, so i stay aware and make sure i don't get that snug feeling.

I’ve had several come off. It takes about 5 strokes to realize how good it’s feeling. When they come off it’s usually hard for the woman to get them out. Ive had condoms break. Same thing after about 5 strokes look down and all you have in a ring around the base of your cock. One broke during anal. She ended up doing atm.
