Judge: hmmm . . . where is the offer to give you free service? I do not see it.
abd: But judge it is there! free was in the text twice!
Judge: It did not say that you will be getting her services for free. Mention of free was vague and could mean anything. Besides, it did not mention what services are for free even if one is to read the words "free" as "free of charge". Further more, it did not specify the date, time, location, or duration.
abd: But, Judge, she told me . . .
Judge: Hear say is not admissible.
abd: but . . but . . .
Judge: Further more, and this is a lesson on contract law or any other enforceable agreements, it must have the following elements:
1. a specific offer, date, time, location, etc.
2. a consideration (often it was "$10 and other good and valuable considerations")
3. an acceptance of the offer
To be enforceable, it should be in writing and witnessed. Often it is notorized. Do you have all of these?

Judge: Let's give you the benefit of doubt and accept all your other assertions, what was the consideration(s)? Could I reasonably assume that she was doing all this, ruined her day, just to keep you quiet about the NCNS prior to this?
abd: hmmm . . .
Judge: Is it or is it not?
abd: uh hmmm
Judge: I will take it as a yes. So did you? Did you do as promissed and not write a bad review exposing the NCNS?
abd: but . . . she had a driver . . .
Judge: where does it say that she can not have a driver? You expect her to walk there?
