Epps is a businessman and Trump supporter in AZ. He was president o the AZ chapter of Oath Keepers in 2011. That chapter has distanced itself from the national chapter. The FBI doesn't comment on ongoing investigations.

In national message boards, Rhodes told his members to descend on D.C. to "defend" Trump.
