For the second day in a row after my workout I have had the insatiable desire to fuck!
Like never before.

True, true, I did leave out the lucky, skinny fucks, like yourself and seedy (I'm surprised that the wind doesn't catch him and blow him away), but for a lot of us slightly heavier ones, it generally applies. LMFAO!

I was always ashamed to say i was on the bigger side.. I know i am big and bbw and curvy were my safe haven. But when i read this thread the only thing that came to my mind was "Wow come on you know your fat just realize it and fix it" because honestly i dont want a chubby chaser.. i want some one who really does think im beautiful. Not someone who wants me cause im fat. I want someone to call me because im worth their money or i really turn them on. I dont want a pity fuck.. So i completely agree with you Wakeup. This is a really good thread and i know this really showed me how easy it can be to lose it.

Two things here - one, chelseastone looks exactly like a girl I dated in college, which is very cool, by the way. Nothing beats great memories being rekindled. and two, while it is good to say "it is easy to fix" it is always (in my opinion) the manner in which the concept is communicated. Had it been friendlier, kinder, and more in a tone stating serious concern for the human person, I think it may have been received better.

Some people need a pat on the back and some need a slap in the face. WU is the latter.
You should know that by now.
It's good to know someone is putting the info we post here to use.
Good luck Chelsea!

Of course not...as expected...

Don't think NY was a freak happening...governments are realizing that you're lazy...and that you're not going to fix yourselves...so guess what...they're going to fix you whether you like it or not..

Ok, then I will give you some tips to help you along.
1. Drink water, lots of it. Cut out soda and juice. Too much sugar. As a matter of fact cut out all sugar.
2. NO CARBS!!! Whole grains are ok but white bread is a no no.
3. NO CARBS!!! Try to limit them as much as possible.
4. Low cal diets fail. If you exercise you burn. If you don't eat enough calories your not replenishing the fuel.
Back to the water issue. In order to maintain proper hydration you must consume a certain amount of water a day. Take your weight. Divide it by two then replace lbs.with oz.
That is the proper amount daily one needs to consume to be properly hydrated. More than that is ok.

Some exercise tips.
1. Remember to breath. Running , lifting, whatever physical activity when people strain the natural reaction is to hold your breath. This starves your muscles of oxygen. They then will fatigue more quickly.
2. If you're lifting do not sacrifice weight over form. You burn more calories doing it right. Plus you minimize the risk of injury.
3. Set reasonable goals. Walk before you can run. Build up to whatever your doing.
4. In order for any cardio to be beneficial you must maintain an elevated heart rate at least 30-40 min.
Don't go out running or jogging only to become fatigued after ten minutes. Start with a pace that you can maintain for an extended period of time.

OoB has a point.
What he is saying below will likely make your weight drop. Keep in mind, it is not just how much or what foods you eat, but what combinations of foods you eat that will make your body change.
Now, on a more serious note...being overweight is an eating disorder, not an exercise disorder. Though everyone needs exercise as well.
So get that exercise...
Increase the number of BBBJTCIM that you do each week.
Stop advertising what an expensive brat you can be. (no help there)
Develop a fun positive attitude that shows you really enjoy what you do.
Make us believe your LOVE it.
And we will luv it too.
