Subpoenas have finally formally been issued for evidence in the True the Vote Georgia ballot trafficking case one month after the Georgia State Elections Board approved the investigation.

Delivered late last week, the subpoenas ask True the Vote and its researchers to turn over the identities of the 242 ballot harvesters, the John Doe whistleblower who was paid $10 per ballot, and suspected funding arms for the 2020 ballot trafficking operation, according to documents obtained by Just the News under a state open records request.

Signed by acting State Elections Board chairman Matt Mashburn, the subpoenas seek “The identity and contact information of the ‘several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods, and organizations involved in ballot trafficking in Georgia’ referenced in the Complaint and any recordings, transcripts, summaries, testimony, statements, witness interviews, notes or other documents describing what those individuals said.”

In addition to requesting all evidence relating to the John Doe whistleblower and his mother, the subpoenas also ask for theidentities of the "network of non-governmental organizations that worked together to facilitate a ballot trafficking scheme in Georgia" as well as details about the “ten hubs” in Atlanta that allegedly coordinated the harvesting operation.

Strangely, the subpoenas also request “any receipts, invoices, bills, or other documents evidencing any medical payments” True the Vote made for any of the Georgia ballot mules.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told Just the News in a January interview that he believes the probe could lead to criminal charges and identify the funding streams for the operation. Raffensperger is now pushing for a nationwide ban on ballot harvesting.

He should have done something about it, and he still should. When a thief robs a jewelry store and gets caught, they have to give back the jewelry. Think of it: The election was rigged and stolen, we found out how, and Republican leadership doesn’t want to do anything about it. They say, “Sir, you’re winning in a landslide, both against Republicans and Democrats. Think to the future, sir. Think to the future.” To which I say, “You can never think to the future until we solve the past, because it will just happen again.”
