The Thai friend appears to own or work in a restaurant. There is some YouTube of him promoting it.

The wife is a blond, white woman. Why would you think her name is not Kristi?

I frequent several facilities in the Houston Area that operate under a MARSEC Level 1 security, it can go to 2 or 3 at any time.

I have to have my TWIC, plus being subjected to any type of search they deem appropriate for the moment.

Most of the time, since they know me, I just get a waive through.

Maybe that is what happenned here. Since the assailant was a contract worker, he might have just got the old, "he's ok" routine.
