Well BA and BW if you want to get a wig ....The wig is all a new thing for me ....
and CB i don't have any of my own hair for anyone to pull if they wanted too (giggles) so this is gonna be a challenge.
To be honest i'll be done pulled the wig off (cus i'm not used to it yet) and get me in a good
200 or more squats on some fine gent and be like forget that wig it's in my way

Girl I been bleaching my hair for so long. I look to country when I go with my natural color lmao. And believe me, I have had times with the bleaching lol, I burned my hair good one time, but at this point I have perfected it lmao. I might need a fire red wig!!!

I am not, and burn like crazy with my pale skin. I am going at 8pm. Its a gated community, so thats a good time for me. Hope to drop another 30, but am happy so far Thanks

You dont lose any more weight running during the hottest part of the day, than you do running on a treadmill. You arent melting fat by doing this. You are only losing water weight.
You would burn more fat if you ran early morning when cooler and a farther distance or a longer more consistent time of cardio, than running 3 miles at the hottest point of the day. Your calories burned are calculated by your height, age, weight, and heart rate... not how hot it is or how much you sweat.

8 pm is good for me. It wasn't to hot last night. I been stepping away from cardio and strength training, but not going back to my running/sprinting. I hate my treadmil, I rather run like Forest Gump lol.
