My guess is that Chase isn't talking about just one person. She may or may not choose to confirm...but I'm guessing she has had issues with multiple Eccie guys over the years. (Liann had to change incalls multiple times b/c of Eccie crazies)

Liann told me the same thing. She told me she had to move because of some guy constantly coming and knocking on her door and embarrassing her with her neighbors.
