Regarding this, if you get tested with the AIM Foundation, you need not share any personal details. You are identified by your State ID number.
So technically, if for whatever reason someone would like to see someone's STD test results, you can hand them the piece of paper to match the State ID number on the certificate along with the ID number on your ID. (Can cover your name and address with your hand if need be, since you are only matching numbers)
I really like this method, at least in the adult video industry, and they actually do it that way for the reason that you stated above.
