I would talk to a lawyer. Eccie won't do anything unless he does something on the boards. I wouldn't post anything else in the open forum, and I would even request this thread be closed if I were you.

200 texts in a day is definitely do-able, but damn, that is CRAZY. I don't know if 500 e-mails is possible though unless it's automated.
Stalking sucks, I've had that experience but not to this degree, whatever you choose to do, be careful and get some mace or something.

As I said in my first post, I've been in this situation before.

Comparing a person calling 911 when their heroin is stolen isn't the same as calling 911 because a former client is putting your life in danger.

He's sadly correct. I'm a reformed criminal myself. My technique was to mug people who were jaywalking. As fellow lawbreakers, they had no legal recourse. It was awesome. The best part was getting high-fives from police officers. The only thing they hate more than pimps and crack dealers is oblivious pedestrians.

That's funny, at ease with all your high fives soldier. I'm no lawyer, but I've had several girlfriends that wanted to be the mother of my child. When I say no and ignore- I guess -stalking occurs, I dunno. Funny thing is after I politely tell them I'm not interested, and politely apologize for leading them to believe that I was. It politely ends there. If it doesn't I ignore more and it ends. Restraining orders are just another way to say I love you.

Get a pfs order on him then you can protect yourself and not have to involve the police and explain your "job" They take them pfs orders seriously and actually throw that ass in jail and put him on 1 year reporting probation for violating it. Speaking from experience ;-)
