Just a couple of notes:

Nothing is as good as some real training and practice but I do recommend Krav Maga. It's a lot less bullshit then typical martial arts. As far as guns it has to have a laser and be reliable up close and easy to draw. Mace Gel is better than spray, harder to get off and less chance of blowing back in wind. I like Bob Koga's little plastic weapons too Koga SD-1 an SD-2 they can make a big grown man "pain compliance" if used right. It's good to be prepared at all times, it's not a fear it's more standing up to bullies and not taking shit from them anymore. That is the only way to deal with them.

I agree Harro. One time I maced someone with a whole bottle, looked like it really stung! Then a few week later I was doing some hard core cleaning, wiping down walls and stuff and there was mace on the wall and HELLO! It was a spec and my eyes got all itchy and shit! I can only imagine what the bottle felt like.
