We can try to find something. I realize this is too complex for you, CBJ7.

Try this:

I'm not sure you understand the meaning of the word "mundane."

Compared to the POTUS shirking his duties as Commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces, EVERYTHING is mundane. So yes, we could easily find something more mundane to complain about.

Well, you could have fooled me. You seem pretty stumped. Can't stay on topic, shows no clear indication that he even understands what the topic is, can't form a coherent sentence using the word "mundane." Should I go on?

Try as you might to deflect attention with your idiotic posts, you will not get me to go there with you.

The topic is ... (if I may re-state it for the OP) POS POTUS for the third straight year didn't honor our war dead, and thereby showed he is unworthy of the title Commander in Chief.

So far the arguments I've identified against this position have been (1) well, Romney didn't do it either, (2) Romney was a draft dodger, (3) Obambi went his first year so he's excused from further duties as CIC. There might be others, but they escape me.

To this list I'd be happy to add your argument against this position, but I'll be damned if I know what it is. It seems not so much an argument against the position as a series of idiotic statements designed to draw our attention away from Obambi's lack of respect for (or perhaps simply lack of understanding of) our traditions.

CJ7 ... how many times are you going to tell us this topic bores you? That it's meaningless to you? Yet you keep coming back.

Either you care or you don't. If you don't, then why the fuck do you care if it matters to the REST of us?

Because he's not culturally an American.

JD and IB, I just got back from Fredricksburg where the Pacific Theater's WWII National Museum is. I cannot recommend it enough.

We just like a little filler between the posts that expose Obama for the commie socialist Marxist that he is. that and his total ineptness as President of the United States of America. Even members of his own party are turning against him in droves.
Keep drinking the koolaide and while you are at it take time to discover how many socialist factions there are in this country.

I still have my fingers crossed that WTF, Ekim, and the rest wake up before election day.

I do have to point out that once again one of our leftists basically accepted the statement (Obama didn't honor our veterans) but then goes on to change the trajectory of the conversation by wanting to know what this outrage has to do with creating jobs, etc.

Since you're all so outraged by this, perhaps you can tell us who the last President was who acknowledged D-Day every year of his Presidency.

It's amazing the extent to which the rules all changed on Jan 20 2009.

Thank you, Olivia. Fortunately, I checked the link before I started driving, otherwise I'd have probably ended up in Virginia.
