Oh, I got your monkey!
Anyways,
I think it all boils down to the guys recognize that they may not be your only one that day....but don't rub that in their faces.
In my own personal situation, when I have a client, it's my only one in days, sometimes weeks...but I still try to make sure I maintain that feeling for them whether it's truth or illusion. Many times I'm "borrowing" my incall, and I have to do a "quick check" and cover my bases in order to keep that illusion up as well. Even if it wasn't ME that slipped up - it still reflects on me in the guys' eyes. (plus, I really need to get my ass to the incall in enough time to check everything out and make sure washcloths are out and linens are fresh and what not.)
But like someone else said - usually the girls that reply to these types of threads aren't the ones that really need the info.

Some very nice additions for someone who can't add much. LOL
I second the thank-you-emails. I usually send one also afterwards, and it makes me feel very special when there is already a thank you email waiting for me from the provider. Ditto with the P411 Okays. I go to request an Okay, and the provider has already given me one. Very nice.
Some things that would be helpful for the 50+ clients...
With age comes the difficulty seeing in dim light and problems focusing on small objects and/or fine print.
A bright and airy incall really helps. I want to admire all of the assets of the lovely lady, but a few times I have felt like I was in a dungeon, and couldn't see a thing (Ok, a little exaggeration, LOL).
Know what is in your shower. In the shower, I can't read the labels on the half dozen or so bottles and tubes, and sometimes if the provider is sharing an incall, she doesn't know what is there either. Make sure you have unscented soap or body wash and know where it is.
Hearing loss is also common, especially for military and hunters. Make sure you know which is the "good ear", if you whisper sweet nothings. Most men won't admit that they can't hear you. It's really a mood killer to ask "What did you say?" Yeah, if the client is an older guy, he probably has some hearing loss.

the hearing loss is hard to handle - client or spouse.
just believe me from experience...there comes a point that if you want more sweet somethings whispered you just might have to fling her to the side you want her on...she just might not pick up on the hint.
I've nearly bludgeoned jackasses across the head after telling them five hundred times that my SO was hard of hearing and my step dad was hard of hearing. They either forget, or they don't care. Until someone has lived with a person with hearing loss - they don't really understand how much it affects them. You'll loose your voice saying, speak up - don't mumble...hell, even my kids struggle with it.
I don't mean this in offense to you - but you probably see it all the time as well.
I grew up with a disabled parent and I recognize how much I do differently in my home when she is not here - and how I start yelling at my children when I know she's coming over because they don't see all the things that could hurt her that I can see in a five second scan of the house. You almost have to live with it for years and years to really become well adapted to responding properly to others' special needs...in all kinds of areas.

+1 to that, and everything else bojulay said.
Also.. if you are a smoker, please be extra careful about cleanliness. Non-smokers can smell and taste it, even when you cannot.

Invest in the better condoms, like the Crown, Beyond Seven and Skyn brands. But hell, us guys could bring those. Ladies, you might want to say in your Showcases that you are allergic to latex condoms.

Yeah, I think you are right. LOL Now, there's a visual image.
I normally wear hearing aids that are practically invisible. But I don't BCD, especially around violet wands when I'm in the dungeon.
Everything else you mentioned, I completely understand.

And if there's a set-up in the bedroom...put on some porn! Any of the Island Fevers or XXX parodies work.

A glass of wine before retiring to the bed is always.
Being able to run hands and fingers over one another's body while undressing is nice too.
Showering together is hot; especially while you wash the equipment.
Feeling her hands slowly encircling the boys gets me going.
Her hands laced thru my hair while DATY is good too.
I love an interactive partner so express in words or sounds how I'm doing.
Rub your hot body all over mine please.
An experienced kisser is the penultimate in foreplay.

I think this one falls in the WALDTs category. I've got no interest in watching porn when I'm with an escort.

I think that there is a range of amenities that can run the gamut from those that should be expected at every incall to those that can be expected only at the incall of a very expensive provider. But just off the top of my head, and in increasing order of scarcity:
1. Be on time and organized. And learn how to give directions.
2. Clean and neat. Everything about the place, not just the bed. But especially the bed.
3. Minimal refreshments, even if it's just a cool bottled water. Next step up would be a small selection of sodas. Then perhaps an adult beverage. I'd leave it to others to decide whether beer, wine or whiskey would be most popular. But if you're seeing a gal that pulls down $450+/hr. or has a multi-hour minimum, you'd think that you'd have a choice of all. Wine is trick as it oxidizes if left open. Decent wine in a box would be my choice as the collapsing bag keeps it from oxidizing. But then again, at that price level, perhaps a selection of decent $15 - 25 bottles is justified. And it's certainly a better deal in terms of quality. Something to nibble on if the gentleman desires, also. Again, basics are fine at basic prices, etc.
4. Somewhere to hand your clothes. Also, my pet peeve, I'll admit, a chair to sit in while taking off and putting on your shoes.
5. Decent shower facilities. Clean towels. As the price goes up, higher quality toiletries and plusher towels are nice. Also several mid-market brands and at least one unscented choice are important so men can try to match what they wear at home. Also being joined in the shower is nice. Even having the lady dry you off and help you into your clothes is a nice (and cost free) touch.
6. Appropriate lighting. Many like candles, but I must say that as an asthmatic, I dislike the smoke and the smell. But I take a puff or two of my inhaler before going in and I can live with it.
7. Again, into higher priced territory, but nicer bed linens are noticed. The sheets don't have to be 1,000 thread count, but something nicer than the average Motel 6 is expected when paying premium prices.
8. This is hard to describe, but an atmosphere that is soothing and relaxing and focuses on the client. No loud noises, no television on unless asked for. Ask about music before turning it on. No pets, although I'm personally fond of them. No clutter. No computers on and in use. No fucking phone calls (and turn the damned things off or put them on silent when you're with a client).
9. Most important of all, IMHO, learn to give a decent back rub. For many of us who work at stressful jobs, this is as much about a break and relaxation as it is about sex. It's about us getting away from the phone. About getting away from people who are demanding things of and from us. Getting away from deadlines, employees importuning you for your time, etc. My ideal session -- two hours, by the way -- is a warm shower, a quick nut, a ridiculously long and luxurious back rub, getting little Tush aroused for round two, a slower round two, a slightly longer and playful shower for two, followed by the provider helping me into my clothes and gentle rubbing of my back, etc. while dressing. Then maybe a quick two or three minute neck rub on the way out the door. And a bottled water to go.

Maybe the OP ad others might be surprised by this, but, as I survey the responses far, I've noticed something that I'd summarize thus:
For many of us, it's not the extras that make a difference; it's how well you do on what most clients and common sense suggest would be the basics. If you take care of the basic stuff, and you don't have to do much extra to impress a client and make him want to return.

Sounds like great advice to me. IF the guy has P411 read it & or offer suggestions on what to put up on there. I still have no clue, & don't think I have changed it since I set it up, even though I have though of several things I have wanted to add or edit. Just my 2 cents!
