I don't believe the activity is all that new, but Bondassage is a trademarked activity, so any lady who says she does it
should have received formal training. A parallel is massage. In Texas you can't legally say you are a massage therapist without going through the training and obtaining your license. That's pretty much the same for Bondassage - cept there aren't any state licensing authorities.
