The Presidential Transition Act requires a ethics plan and pledge. I believe that they have created and submitted it, albeit late. But it leaves out any details about the president elect own ethical behavior. But what else does anyone expect from the Grifter in Chief.

Like those forms have kept any other POTUS from doing things that may have been deemed "unethical". Trump is the embodiment of the repudiation of the image over substance "ethos" of the modern American political era. It falls in line he wouldn't do it. I only care that he is more effective than he was during his first term, which, frankly, wasn't that great, given his outsider status and all the roadblocks put up against him inside the beltway. This country has a lot of problems that need solving...quickly. If he has to bend a few rules to get real sh*t done, I'm not going to fault him.

Rules and norms are the backbone of our anti corrupt governmental system.

One of the reasons that Trump had such pushback during his first administration is because he absolutely refused to bend to the rules and norms of the office.

Maybe he’ll be more effective this time around but only because he’s going to burn down the system around him.

Anyone who thinks that he will only “bend” the rules is just plain naive or delusional.

Trump has no intention of following any rules or being told what he can and can't do. I can't even fault him for not agreeing to anything and not putting his signature on paper as if he does.

The one thing about Trump is that he is very transparent. He doesn't even bother to hide his lack of respect for what every president is willing to agree to before taking office. That dipshit thinks he is going to be able to just walk in and do whatever he wants.
