Not to dive into a fight I did not start and have no stake in, and intending no comment on any personal feuds in this thread, I think the FCR thing is not "zero sum." In other words, it's not either "we do reviews over the top" or "we don't share any information."

I think the issue is that we should all be cautious about what we say and how we say it, and if a provider specifically requests not to be reviewed, we try our best to respect their concerns over publicity while also respecting the purpose of this board - information sharing. We should do our best to do the latter without getting people in trouble. Admittedly, that is not an easy balance to define or achieve.

And yet, being conscientious to achieve some balance is what we have to do in this legal climate. Can't we walk and chew gum simultaneously?
