Forget the motte and bailey doctrine dodge for a moment. Bare fucking is far and few between in the hobby (for other good reasons as well) and when it is available, I would expect the providers are following some "science" - as opposed to hoping like hell you don't knock them up. My first thought was to let it bake a bit, seeing whereas it is a 'leaked', aka 'hacked' doc and you know media ethics and journalistic integrity would give them pause to needlessly stir up a froth. Right?. Surely the media would let it rest until 51 intelligence professionals weighed in. Right?

But yours was my second thought, which I kinda dismissed as being way too reckless. Partly because it's a limited pool of people with access. Hell even the FBI could figure it out with that small of a suspect pool. Obviously, it would take Congress and the DOJ a bit longer.

The way I'm leaning is it certainly seems genuine and kinda hard to fake the style and voice of a sitting Judge, so was it to whip up the minions, given their total lack of enthusiasm of all things DNC/Biden economy related? They have been shoveling all manner of fear porn with hardly a bother from the minions lately.
