Common sense. It's possible the citizenry may have taken masks and social distancing more seriously, which would have played a part too. And they may have had more severe lockdowns, which I don't like but admit would slow the spread of COVID.

By the way, Vermont has close to the oldest median age in the USA, at 41.50 years. Only Maine is higher. That would result in more deaths per capita from COVID, all else being equal. But all else was not equal. They took the epidemic more seriously than other states.

Yeah, one friend in Houston got it from her son. He brought it home so she and her husband caught it from him.

My other friend lives in Dallas but didn't know how he got it. I just rolled my eyes and said "you got it in Costa Rica from one of those chicks you found on Tinder." Low and behold, he called every single one of them and they all said the same thing - that they've had Covid before he got there.

But yeah, they were fine other than their taste buds. The female said it wasn't so bad because now she has lost some weight because she doesn't eat as much. haha

I'd have to take Lucas' side on this one Salty. He invested in Moderna and Pfizer stock and has no control over how they run their businesses.

Donald Trump on the other hand has stiffed bondholders, banks, investors, suppliers, contractors, and customers. He's not honest.

This is why I said elsewhere that I've had TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) since before he was president. I've read biographies and followed him in the press. I had business relationships with two people who are just like him. One robbed me blind. I made money working with the other one but it was torture being around the narcissist.

It's mind boggling people didn't see through Trump when he ran in 2016. I guess they did in 2020, since he got 7 million fewer votes than the other guy. And so where does that leave us now? In sad shape, since Trump handed Perdue's Senate seat in Georgia to the Democrats on a silver platter, thus handing control of the Senate to the Democrats. He single handedly turned Arizona and Georgia from red to purple. Now Manchin, Sinema and a few moderate House Democrats are all that stand between us and a Progressive nightmare-state.

Trump did do some good things though. Chief among them was ramrodding Operation Warp Speed. If Biden had been in charge, we might have been waiting months longer for the vaccines. But thanks to Operation Warp Speed, and thanks to Lucas' companies Moderna and Pfizer (he's one of the owners), we're ahead of most of the rest of the world, in dealing with COVID. So, for that, thank you President Trump and thank you Lucas McCain.

Thanks, Tiny. I'm just legally taking advantage of the system. If anyone knows of any other Fortune 100 companies that offer free vaccines to the public (yeah, I know our tax dollars are paying for it but you know what I mean) and the government is forcing people to generate more revenue coming from the government for that company, please shoot me a PM ASAP because I'd be happy to invest even more.

Edit: As far as Trump being crooked AF. You know you're bad when a boxing promoter like Bob Arum thinks you are a scumbag. Boxing promoters are the most crooked motherfuckers in the world of sports and he even he called out Trump's unethical business practices with his dealings with him way back when Trump had his new casino in AC. Arum still hates the guy because of all the money Trump agreed to but never paid and took the bankruptcy way out like that POS always does when he owes too much to his liking.
