Well, I believe he is guilty of something. It's just a matter of what he is guilty of though. I don't believe his intent was to kill the man. That’s an official court document, dipshit, exactly what the jury will be considering at the trial, so it’s far from “dumb shit” and completely relevant to the discussion.

However, there is no jury "if". The jury doesn't get to pick the charges, they just get to rule on what's presented. Anything else, including bias, counts as jury misconduct and is a criminal offense.
