A contract case where a guy agrees not to live somewhere and then years and likely millions of investment later desires to live there in breach of the contract and on prior occasions has apparently breached the contract terms so there may be waiver, Is of interest from a legal standpoint as that will be something that needs to be interpreted, argued, and adjudicated.

My daughter is an estate planning attorney. One of her focuses is to make sure there is no winnable court case after the fact. Just like a good contract lawyer wants to make sure there is no trumpy.
Personally, a tax case with no facts other than a person being under investigation bores me since I'm not an attorney.
