Have been going to Blue since Christ was a Corporal.Good to great experiences outweigh the less than. Are there shills out there? Probably. My rule of thumb is to (wait a minute) - never mind.

i’ve talked to people who claim to have lost hundreds of pounds by just using a smaller plate. myself, i throw out one side of the bun when eating a sandwich...half the carbs. just a couple pointers...good luck!!
