I can tell you that defunding higher education is a mistake if we want to keep up with the rest of the world we need to invest more in education. I have been considering the idea of a social re-training center, where social misfits (deplorables) could come to seek guidance and repent. As Thomas Sowell (a true intelligent gentleman) said in my previous post and was the subtext of his dialogue with Peter Robinson "the vulgar pride of intellectuals". Based on the # of times i have seen students 'protests' cause they were unprepared for their damn exams, cause they were too busy protesting, they didn't study, so they whined. Or the # of times i saw them riot over having to have a conservative speaker show up. And all the other crap, i've seen over the years, why would i ever want to go to any of these campuses??
