So when Trumps done, what will Obama have left to hang his hat on? The bogus Nobel peace prize perhaps. And the lowest GDP of any POTUS in the last 70yrs. That’s a fact Speedy. Not the opinion of faceless, “learned” people.
Again, a poll is a poll and the C-Span rankings are NOT a poll. The rankings do not change week to week, but possibly year to year. Trump is not in the rankings and should not be. He has a long way to go before his legacy as POTUS is set in stone. So far, I rate him a "D".

The "accomplishments" of Trump up to this point in time are minimal. The average American does not care about the Keystone pipeline. Or the CFBC, whatever that is. Or even withdrawing from the Paris Accord. They care about those issues that affect them on a day-to-day basis. Health care. Tax reform.

So who would you look to to determine which presidents have been effective while in office? You? Me? I'm sure neither of us know what President James Polk or President William Henry Harrison did or did not accomplish while is office. Some people do know. If you have a problem with the rankings, fine. They are certainly subjective.

Well, before they fucked everything up them just doing nothing would have been the greatest accomplishment of all.

Passing new laws is not necessarily a good measurement of accomplishments. What you might consider a great law, "obamacare" for example, I may consider a disaster.

As you mentioned the press and college professors making these picks. Both are well known to be extremely biased to the left.

As I said before regarding the C-Span results, 4 of the top 10 presidents were Republicans and 4 were Democrats. If you can find any bias in their "opinion" let me know. I don't necessarily agree with the rankings of all 44, but I don't come close to the level of expertise that the 91 participants have in accomplishing their given task so I am prone to going with them at this point in time.

Nope. And your comment is irrelevant if you’re trying to argue a point.
