Most of the "old whores" I know with high rates are too busy with careers, marriages, and lives to charge less than $300 because of the volume that would result. That was why I raised mine- to encourage less business and also to price out the haggling bargain shoppers who think this is a used car lot.

But I guess to your question I would say it would have to be a marriage with exceptional communication, honesty, and trust. Possibly an open or polyamorous marriage but not necessarily.
