I understood he leaked the memo to his friend at the NYT.

I fully believe that Comey is one fucked up individual, more than likely a cuckold, and was fucked early in the Obama administration. He was little more than the lap dog of the Obama DOJ. He was told what to do and not do and he obeyed (during the Obama administration). He lost it when he realized that Hillary was not going to win and he panicked.

I tend to agree with this. If Hillary would have won like everybody assumed she would, none of their activities, even Loretta Lynch's obstruction of justice, would even be a worry to Comey.

I find it strange that when Lynch told Comey to call the investigations into Hillay a "Matter", that he didn't feel compelled to emmediatly write a memo to himself. He seems to be very selective in his concerns.
