I read yesterday that we, the US, have 4 operational airfields inside Syria. Also, there are supposedly 3 million Syrian refugees in Jordan. Trump in the past has called for international efforts to build safe zones so that some of the 3 million people can move back.

I'm for very limited US involvement both militarily and financially and don't see how lobbing a bunch of cruise missiles significantly changes our involvement.

An ideal situation would be for WTF to sponsor a couple of hundred Syrians to come over to help him build houses. But we know they won't be able to compete with his other immigrant crew that he doesn't have to sponsor.
