Let's face it the speech was good but when is the last time a President gave a bad speech in front of congress what's being over looked is how he's going to pay for these plans but at least it was a positive start.
The first time he sounded Presidential was on the campaign trail where he went to Mexico and met with their president but hours later he returned to the states and went back to his old rhetoric. I will give Trump's speech a solid "A" let's see if he keeps up with this tone.
