btw most of my High School teachers were into the hobby too, but that was in Houston.

The Romans never replaced those legions.

The more they recruit, the longer and harder the fight in Syria, Iraq and other parts of the world. Such brazen action can encourage people within the US to feel alienated and become radicalized. Even if the intent is not so, it is too easy to be seen as an anti-Muslim action.

It IS a complex issue. Sadly, I have low expectations that some people will ever understand. However, I still hope people will pause to understand the real and potential consequences.
Actually they don't preach that. What they preach is that the Saudi and other Arab rulers have been corrupted by Western values. Al Quada and Deish are at war with Arab leaders who allow western armies and culture in lands supposed to be ruled by Muslims according to traditional Islamic teachings.

The militants who seek to come to America and do harm here are very few. But those few who are like that could care less about a muslim ban or Americans hating muslims. What they care about is the US support of Israel, the US relationship with the governments in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the like.

So I think the muslim ban will not do anything. It will not protect Americans but nor will it bring about more antipathy of Americans by terrorists.

With that said I support the muslim ban, and think it should be expanded because Islam is just as pernicious and evil an ideology as communism or national socialism.

Just as I don't want any Nazis or Maoists or Leninists allowed into the US nor do I want any muslims here.

Read the Koran and Haddith as I have and you might see my point.

Death to the Infidels!!

On the social media network Telegram, ISIS supporters also called Trump’s Muslim ban the fulfilling of a prophecy first declared by American native al-Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki (killed in 2011 by a drone strike ordered by President Obama), who predicted that America would “turn against” its Muslim citizens.

“When U.S. President Donald Trump says ‘We don’t want them here’ and bans the Muslim immigrants from Muslim countries, there is one thing that comes to our mind,” one post read, referring to al-Awlaki’s prophecy.

In addition to ISIS’ own boasting about how Trump’s Muslim ban is helping their recruitment, the executive order has been blasted by top Republicans in Congress and national security experts.

“The effect will probably in some areas give ISIS some more propaganda,” Senator John McCain (R-Arizona) said in a recent interview on CBS’ Face the Nation.

CIA veteran Robert Richer also called the Muslim ban “a win for jihadists and other anti-U.S. forces,” telling the Washington Post that Trump’s action “fuels the belief” that Americans are Islamophobic.

The media needs to stop reporting the exact words of Republican Senators, CIA veterans, and actual ISIS supporters.

Well you know, that media... it's all photoshopped and overdubbed.

Shot in a studio underneath Virginia.

Like POTUS says: "Some of the most dishonest people in the world."

Welcome to the Turd Reich.

I understand that muslims will feel insulted by this move, but my point is that anyone willing to join a jihadist group would have done so already for other reasons and the ban doesn't effect that.

What the ban does is alienate common muslims who are not jihadists, but that doesn't matter.

There will be many CIA people and others from the State Department who hate the idea that the US is offending common muslims because they are "Arabists" and they are apologists for Islam and have many muslim friends who are not jihadists but the opposite.

But that doesn't matter.

We are in a clash of civilizations here and the moderates are of no use to us. They haven't been able to keep Diesh or al Quada from rising and spreading. The moderates are unimportant. Our bureaucrats in CIA and State and elsewhere will never see that.

In the unlikely event that that happens all it means is the hookers will either get on seeking arrangement or have to get a real job and pay taxes. The new sheriff is in town and he's not giving out freebies.

I don't disagree that the USA spent tons of $$ on wars in the ME. The USA made the monumental mistake of leaving Iraq (Obama) and thereby allowed Saddam Hussein's army-in-hiding to evolve into ISIS.

You think the US Military is unaware of the treachery and disrespect leveled at them via the Obama administration? Yes, the Obama administration sat on their fucking hands while the ME fell apart; even going so far as to intentionally provide arms to ISIS fighters in an attempt to overthrow the Syrian government. Indeed, that information is quite insulting to our warriors.
Obama made many mistakes, like every administration (Bush II going INTO Iraq, Iran/Contra, etc. etc. etc.). I am simply pointing out it is NOT the case that we have been sitting on our asses the last 12 years. Facts please, not rhetorical flourishes like "cockroaches", and "faggot regime".

Ellen, it is obvious these conversations are way over your head. Comments like this open yourself up to ridicule. If you don't have anything intelligent to say, then its best for you to keep quiet. It only makes you look like a bitter old skank who cannot stand watching trump unravel.

I know its all so difficult for you to watch Trump fail. He will surely go down, with Hitler, as one of the worst human beings in history.

So you can cry your own eyes out over the fact that Trump is being exposed.
My advice to you would be avoid political commentary and stick with what you do best: making men vomit after viewing your showcase.

For those of you who think Islam is the only religion that uses a sacred book to justify violence, let us remember the kkk, the preach God and Jesus in everyone of their rallies. And do commit violence against non believers, cultures , immigrants and racist. All done in the name of cleansing the world. Should we ban them also. Ellen looking forward to you response and how you explain the difference between radical Christians and radical Islam.

Every time facts make Trump look like an ass, the most ignorant of members try to change the subject. The Trump meltdown is well underway.
