That's the great thing about the internet you can ask the question you want answered and then answer it the way you wanted answered.
If "Blacks are tired of cops shooting them" then one thing they can do is when the cops tell them to stop .... they can stop .... and then when the cops tell them turn around and put their hands behind their backs ..... they comply by turning around and putting their hands behind their back. Then after the cops put the cuffs on them they comply by getting into the back of the patrol unit (or van) and remain in a safe posture on the way down to the jail. And then when the get into the jail they comply with the remainder of the requests until they are finally released ... Rinse and repeat as appropriate!
And that equally applies to all colors, shades, and genders of people who also don't like getting shot by cops. And it applies to cops, not just white cops.
It's real simple.
Of course, it would be unreasonable to ask them to obey the law in the first place so they won't attract the attention of cops. That applies to all persons, regardless of color or tone.
