I've reluctantly come to this conclusion.. regarding ISIS, the Man was unable to temper his blanket assertion.. You are correct in that the Clinton claim that ISIS was using Trump for recruiting videos has been rated "False" by Politifact. But the issue was in fact addressed by the news media. Politicfact says both Trump AND Clinton lied.
