Rick Perry should be paid by the DA for malicious prosecution and then the DA should be disbarred for filing frivolous charges.

The DA is afflicted with Austinitis. It's an incurable lack of common sense.

I agree with the compensation, but unfortunately the DA has qualified immunity.

The professional approach seems more viable, but there exists "prosecutorial discretion" that might give her a pass.

She's developing a pattern, along with her alcohol addiction.
