(6) 100MG pills cut into 1/8's.....= (48) small pills.......

Take a small pill (1/8) daily no matter what.....keeps "Woody" ready pretty much whenever.....without the "concrete" effect or the "never cum" problem, and almost no sinus problems.....

Worked for me back then.......and I always had an extra pill supply!!!!

Maybe I didn't word my post correctly. I had NO problem cumming when using any ED medicine before I started taking Blood Pressure medication. The inability to "pull the trigger" is directly related to the BP med & had nothing to do with the ED med. Cap

Interesting. The link posted by MrSmith8691 was rather scary. It would be hard to know what to do in those circumstances. That gives one some real pause before doing lots of what we're doing.

As Captain Columbus suggests, I will probably try a quarter of a pill, 25mg, next, since 50mg was rather effective.

The drugs I'm taking that make it difficult to get it up are anti-depressants. They're known for that. I'm not sure about the cumming part. I've always taken quite a while before all this, but not had this much trouble. I would assume it's the Viagra itself, despite what people has said.

Here are my next questions:
(1) In any case, noone has actually given me a specific website or number they trust to order the stuff: just general advice to look outside US borders. That would be useful here or via PM. When I search under sildennafl nitrate on google, I get a ton of websites and I have no way to evaluate whether they're legit suppliers and trustworthy websites. I'm concerned taking a drug from who-knows-where, more than about loosing money.

For instance, this one looks good: http://www.sendviagra.com/index-us.html . But, how do I know they're a great Indian supplier with Indian FDA approval (whatever that means!)? It's just a nice website. I'd probably trust a company located in Canada more, but would like to know where they get their supply etc.

(2) Also, are there any legal issues with ordering prescription medicines over the border via USPS?

I hope for some more specifics.

Your ID says you live in "Upstate NY." Now NY is soooooo biiiiiig, that can mean a lot of things. If you're close to Canada (i.e. if you can travel there once every 6 months) I would actually go across the border, get a 6 months' supply and come back. Of course, per US rules, you need a Passport to do that. I live close to the MX border so I know a little about this drug stuff. You are allowed by US Customs (or whichever branch of DHS now controls this) to bring back enough prescription drugs for "personal use." Normally, that means a 6 month supply. Any larger, and it will be deemed distributing. Now, 6 months of V is a lot.

If it were me, I'd call a Canadian pharmacy (in the city you would go to) and ask the following questions: (1) do they need an Rx;(2) if it does, can it be one from the US, or does it have to be Canadian; and (3) anything else that you should be aware of.

Whether or not getting drugs mailed to you in the US from Canada is, I think, a thorny issue. The big pharmacies have been on Congress' back to make it patently illegal because the prices of drugs are regulated in Canada but not the US. Some states have laws that expressly permit the mailing.

IMHO, you're safer if you make the trip. You might even contact local AARP chapters to see if they take a bus from time to time (it's a big thing along the MX border), and catch a ride the next time they go.

Interesting. I don't live close to the Canadian border, but I do have a passport. I travel a lot. I'm not sure the expense of driving there is worth the savings, except if I get a 6 mo. supply.

I wonder whether anyone knows whether one can just pick it up there, or if it must be by prescription still. If the latter, probably not that great an option for me--asking my doctor to call a Canadian pharmacy, etc.

In terms of mailing, I wonder how these cheap-o website works. Seems like mail to me. Haven't heard specifics from anyone yet about getting stuff in the mail from them. (I'm amazed that I get some replies, but often frustratingly little information on these threads sometimes.)

The actual company is in Australia, but they sell meds made in India. I know the factory mine came from makes some drugs that have FDA approval, so I would think that their facilities are up to snuff.

I had some problems logging in after my order and found it to be a problem with the web browser platform. I contacted the site and the responses were very prompt and professional. You don't need a script, just answer some health questions. I am a medical professional myself, and I would have no problem recommending the above site.

Oh and yes, the stuff works just like the US version. The only problem I noted is that the 100mg tabs have a hard coating and are not scored, so they are harder to cut in half than the Pfizer tablet. But a pill cutter makes that easier.

The wait time is when it hits customs, where it takes 3-4 weeks to clear. You have to sign a note when you order that you will not use this stuff in the US borders. Not sure how they enforce that, but I guess I would think twice on using it to score with a cute customs agent!

I'm basically trying to find a cheaper source than a prescription here. It's expensive even w/insurance ($50 for six 100mg pills).

I talked to my doctor about it about a year ago. He gave me about 20 samples of each in varying doses. Viagra gave me splitting headaches for the following 8 hours after my first 4 hours was up.

Cialis works just as well for me and I have not had any real side effects other than slight sinus congestion which nasonex etc will help (dam erectile tissue in the nose!).

I say check with your doctor and get any samples you can. I actually had to switch primary care Dr as a result of this. My original was a female VA doctor and much less sympathetic. I went private and got an older male Dr and he was more than happy to help me out. Something to think about when you decide to take the plunge.

If you get a good Dr (and are not having sex daily), you might be able to fill your need with samples alone. Getting a bag of samples every few months beats the hell out of the $$ at the pharmacist. :-)

My two cents:
Levitra and Viagra are equally effective. I feel like shit the next day with Viagra, much less so with Levitra. I have low normal blood pressure and these drugs lower it even further so that’s probably what’s going on. Cialis has never been very effective for me. I’ve tried double the normal dose with little effect. But at the same time, it has no side effects whatever. One way to save a few bucks is to have your physician prescribe the largest tablet available and cut the pill down to the dose you want. The drug companies don’t charge by the mg, yet. Take advantage before they catch on. I hate taking the damn things, but when the clock is running and time is money, it relieves the pressure of having to worry about getting it up in a hurry. The down side of using ED meds when you don’t need to is that you can pretty much forget about coming, at least while using a condom. Providers just love it when you can pound them non- stop for the whole hour – NOT! So be considerate with your tool.

Doesn't cutting a pill make it less effective in that the medicine is not distrubuted equally throughout the pill?
