One of the first ncns threads I've read in which the provider doesn't blame the hobbyist, or make unbelievable excuses. Plus the offer to make it up instead of flipping out about the ncns post.

Kudos to Allison for responding and offering a discounts. That in itself is evidence of her business ethic and commitment to provide outstanding service.

My only thing is her TCB could be better in that she could have sent a text from the ER at some point and let you know but stuff does unfortunately happen. This lady has never had this issue and always presents well on this Board.

Like someone else said, if this were DM I think we would all say 'do your homework' but I don't think that is the case at all here. You should see if you get 'strike three' if you accept her offer of a discount!

the only time I had a no call no show is whenever a f******* assumed we had appointment but didn't have an address to physically show up to so therefore its not a no call no show
