Covered or Bare is not a deal-breaker in and of itself.
I know that if I am at a "Spa" or AMP that there is little choice (on my part) about the CBJ. I Knowing that on walking in the door is part of the choice to see a provider at that venue. I TIP in advance and hope.
When choosing to see an Independent Provider, the option for a BBBJ is a major consideration among others. If all other things being equal, I will choose the bare back oral experience every time.

What I've seen:
- if you are super hot, it doesn't matter. They will line up to see you.
- if you are hot and can work blow job magic, it will take a little bit longer, but word will get around you are an amazing cocksucker
- the problem with the above is that most, not all, women who only do CBJ don't really worship cock as well as BBBJ women, so you have to do it right
- market determines expectations. Not many will see a BP provider and be surprised if all she offers is CBJ.
