In response to the specific question, I was with a provider not too long ago when the phone went off. Because I'm one of those who'd damn sure better be able to take the call, I checked the number. Absolutely agree with your experience- has happened in the past when I shut off my hotel phone, to get some respite from the media, and that eventually lead to an expensive divorce settlement. I concur with your conclusion. Had that was available in my heyday, I would have been divorced sooner.

Always turn my phone off . But once i was at smile and when i left turned on my phone had 4 messages from an amp girl that been missing for a while. She said 'honey are you fucking holly?'

I've had all different type of situations with the phone. Sometimes, even a dear friend who doesn't wish to answer the phone, might have to for whatever reason.

Either way, it doesn't bother me.

Although I've done the whole "having sex" thing while my partner was on the phone, frankly ... it happened more frequently when I used to date years ago ... but not to throw cold water on a potentially hot sounding topic ... I'll do whatever but it seems rather ... never mind.
