If you want to know what members perceive as persons skating the guidelines, I would suggest doing a search on all the report to mods postings in the moderator forums.

You can not see what has been done to discipline anyone. Only staff can. Just because something is still showing does not mean it has been ignored. This board does not delete posts except in certain situations. What was posted may very well remain available to read even if the poster is banned.

Yes, this is true, however if you see the same members posting the same inflammatory stuff, then a person starts to think that persons are getting away with same old same.
