Then the universally accepted practice in any business is to respond with an "I'm sorry for contracting with you for an agreement & not meeting my end". Some of us go to great lengths to find the time to hobby. Not everyone has large windows of opportunity & might not get another chance for some time. Actually yes she does...if you waste time, money (gas/trip) then yes...something is owed. I had one do the same to me last week. And IMMEDIATELY texted me with a very nice price reduction for a make up session. And followed through.
