I had one get on my good side quickly. In an email working out the details of our first meeting she casually asked some of my likes (alcohol, food ect). So the attempt made points. I didn't expect her to come up with my preferred brand since it is hard to come by but she tried.

Few and far between but great customer service. I can only remember one Central Arkansas provider who had a favorite beverage available consistently and she is long since retired, but still a favorite of many here . . .
