P411 many reports of being used by LE, and specific attention by FBI web posting.
TER similar but LE activity more hidden. Reviews seen in police cars during stings and one escort asked officer why picked her and officer showed her TER reviews. Sting information and LE activities is not allowed to be posted. One reliable source says it is "to protect officer safety". TER has long been directly connected to a Phoenix criminal enterprise (DD) with owners sent to prison as well as many others around the U.S. Has also been mentioned by FBI over the years. Maybe the next Bigdoggie to go down but FBI often investigates and lets LE use for stings for years before the big takedown.
Escorts.com taken over by FBI and owner did plea deal to avoid 25 yrs in prison by paying about $4 million as I recall and now IRS is looking into.

BP used for sting ads extensively and I have seen hundreds of pages of credit card records for ads obtained by subpoena and used as evidence (Temple Case)

Other sites I while been used by LE not as directly based on my knowledge as P411, TER and BP which have the most risk it seems.
Solution is clear: DO NOT OFFER OR SOLICIT SEX FOR MONEY. Do not write reviews that show illegal activity while hard to use in Court is often used against the companion to get a plea deal or probably cause.
Never solicit in ads by using GFE or worse terms that is direct solicitation.
If you want to have sex for money go to Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand or most any place in the world where consenting in private sexual adults have the freedoms we lack in the U.S. - not the land of the free.
