Just bear with me for a moment. Should you stop the blind person, or just let him to his own devices? This is a very serious question, and please give me a serious answer.
There is a very specific reason why I came to ECCIE. Whether or not you believe me to be insane is immaterial. The universe does not function according to your preferences or rules, or to mine. Thankfully. We bend to the dictates, moral and otherwise, of the universe. It has its powerful and overwhelming codes, whether or not anyone chooses to recognize such or abide by them. These apply equally to all: to you, to Veronica, to me. And we all must die, at which time our presumed INvulnerability comes to a brutal end. Perhaps long before that, for most of us and in unexpected, sudden ways. Sadly, in this milieu, there is very little respect or appreciation given to death. But it will come and with it a most savage reckoning of all that we have done and left undone, all opportunities taken, and those wasted.
The not-so-hidden desire to somehow cause injury to someone for no real reason is certain to lash back at the originator. Sadly, such perpetrators are unable to perceive the nature of cause and effect and the truly savage cyclic effects this has for enormously long durations. I should urge you to pause and please consider for a moment. Just as I asked you a serious question a moment ago, this too is a serious plea.
Stop. Please consider that just as you have special understanding in particular areas of life, so too another might know a tiny bit more than you about an area that could be unfamiliar or strange to you. It is not illogical to suppose that not everyone can know everything, is it? What one does not know does not mean is worthy of mockery. Perhaps people are not ill-disposed towards you and might be trying to say, "This way lies danger." Perhaps those people are not always as delusional as you might suppose. What if they are not?
There is a tendency on this board to mock and humiliate anything that is beyond the ken of certain folk, as if by pulling something down, it is made more manageable. As some of our veterans who have served in Vietnam or Afghanistan will testify, mocking an opponent will never reduce reality or the effectiveness of the opponent to the absurdity one might wish it to. One will merely place oneself in harm's way, that would not have happened had one paid close attention to the lessons that reality was bringing home in spades. Humans evolved because they took to heart the lessons reality offered and chose to learn from such.
Many other primates are still attempting to grasp that simple truth and insist on gratuitous violence and mockery as their primary means of confronting an anomaly. Even Rudyard Kipling recognized this interesting behavioral trait in his Mowgli stories. You might enjoy reading the original, for their freshness of prose and imagery. Never allow yourself to assume that brevity is always a virtue. These are truisms that are assumed in particular societies without any further reflection, to great detriment. Can you think why?

I am all for girls reviewing guys. It sure would be easier to get verified. Check out date-check or P411, escorts.com did it right, however something went wrong. No offense as I like your site, however it is not user friendly at all. I want to see ads for girls visiting, calenders, reviews...

ever think the owner does not want that " something went wrong" to happen here.
Or not be just like other sites, or be like match.com.
I find this site easy to use, but that may just be me.
read the ads here, many from out of town/area lady's. Check her profile for reviews. Check showcase for website where for some it has a calender

Really GP, I just wanted to know if you have a big wiener. Jeepers.
I did enjoy the jungle book but clearly not for the same reasons as you.

GreenPeace.. I actually just thoughts Trojantide's initial response was unexpected and quite humorous. It seems that you take things a little too seriously on the board and are in a constant state of conflict. Rather that indulging in Kipling's Mowgli stories you may simply want to reflect on Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People".
You know that I have backed you and supported your statements numerous times. We also have a mutual friend so I have no doubt that you have some ideal of who I am.. so I'm just going to move on... as should you.
I'm actually surprised that you took sure offense at the review recommendation.
Hey Veronica (you sexy thing..) we'll connect the next time you're in Ithaca and you can do a review on me... That is if you don't mind trolls

The word retarded displays a lack of sensitivity and is not politically correct. In this age of enlightenment our afflicted members are now referred to as “Intellectually Disabled”.
