Russia is the world's biggest exporter of oil to global markets and the second-largest exporter of crude oil behind Saudi Arabia. So Saudis haven't ramped up to pre pandemic levels and we stopped importing russia based products. That === high gas prices. Of course its Bidens fault.... Dumbfucks.

Net exporter means diddly squat. As of 2021 we are the largest producer. the U.S. has been a net petroleum products exporter for more than a decade, it has always been a net crude oil importer.
