You present your evidence. Back in the late 90s/early 2000 when cows in Great Britain had its outbreak, they said the US hadn't had an outbreak in decades after we had outlawed putting cow products in cow feed. The only cows that have it have been imported.

we never had mad cow until 2003 and yes it was a cow from Canada but I thought you were referring to my ex wife

I was screaming about it, but I am not a right winger. President Bush was a disaster. Even then-Senator Obama called Bush's accumulation of debt "unpatriotic."
