He can't, and ought not, do anything, except to ensure that the North Koreans know the will perish if they attack anyone with missiles or nuclear weapons.

Jimmy Carter(the nobel prize winner), and Bill Clinton set us on this path when they decided to allow the North koreans to build nuclear weapons. Nothing Trump does now has any effect. The only lever is held by the chinese and Russians. The first person to make this clear has been Trump.

I'd note the the Iranians have been set down this path by Obama. When the Iranians nuke Isreal, it will not be the sitting president's responsibility. It's cause will be Barack Obama's,completely and totally.
