Like I said before, there is a lot of division in the medical profession over health care versus disease control. Some of these fuckers can't stand the thought of having to downsize from a 700 series BMW to a 500 series, and oppose anything that might reduce their income.

Hospitals are nervous because primary care centered healthcare (like Obamacare wanted to be) keeps people out of the hospitals and emergency rooms. It saves a lot of money. Insurance companies are scared shitless by that, as are the big drug companies. Not to mention the radiologist who makes 800K a year but never sees a single patient.

It is all about making fewer sick people. Healthy people cost less to cover.
