They (Obama's apologists) took credit for 3 million more Medicaid enrollees this year adding up to a part of the 7 million the ACA enabled to signup to meet the goal. Medicaid signups, even as part of the ACA, are free, or pretty fucking close to it for most of those signups. If you can't comprehend that then I give up trying to explain it.
