Leah, as long as your date knows and doesn't mind, I don't think it would be a problem. I have a little 5lb dog that travels with me. So far I haven't had any problems.

Don't post too many photos of your pets. Makes it easier to pick you out in a hotel. I've heard stories about cops leaving photos of girls at the front desk and telling them to call them when that lady checks in. Imagine how easy it would be if they showed them a photo of your pet. It's a little harder to blend in.
Just thinkin' ahead for you.

VERY very tacky. I'm glad someone else said it.
I couldn't imagine traveling with a pet and I love dogs/cats/fishes/snakes..pets of all kinds. However, this is your job. I'm sure a lot of people love their pets to death as well but you don't see them taking their pets to work do you??
You should look into hiring a pet sitter if you really don't want your pet to feel abandoned!

I doubt it would matter with women who show their face lol. That's a picture for sure.

My cat stays home! lol I get someone to watch him.
I do have a dog now I travel with sometimes, I adopted not long ago, needed a home. 6lbs and so chill! Older dog, sleeps in her bed. lol No fuss during appointments. Thats the only reason, I didnt want the responsibility or like teacup dogs, I like big dogs but its the coolest. lol Clients seem to have no problems and they get gooy and play with the dog, its so cute.
Never had a hotel care. Most times they dont even know, shes in a bag.

I just don't need the added hassle of traveling with a pet. They are safe at my paren'ts house, and I never travel for more than 4 days at a time. Any longer than that, I would not even have a pet.

The mention of tacky and Boardman strolls through.
If it means a lot to you there are always ways to make it work. If you do decide to travel with your pet you will want to make sure they are never in the room when spending BCD time together. You should also let any potential clients know ahead of time that you have a pet in case he is prone to allergies.
These days there are many professional businesses and companies that allow pets. In fact it's quite the growing trend. Obviously as an escort we need to take certain precautions with a pet that the average business would not need to consider. for many the comfort it brings is worth far more than the small percentage of clients that may choose to look elsewhere due to your pet.If anything it may be an extra reason for some to want to see you, because they know that any woman who takes her pet along is less likely to be seeing clients back to back. Like everything else in this business traveling with a pet is a decision that may be good for one person, and wrong for another, but either way I wouldn't consider it tacky.

What? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. So now a pet is sign that a girl is low volume? Nothing more I can say to that. I guess you didn't hear about that girl that traveled with her 10 cats). She was very high volume and ... guess where she is now?
If anything it shows that the girl is inconsiderate, I'm allergic to some pets. I am sure others are too. Ladies need to take that into consideration or better yet .. if they're going to travel with their pets anyways, they should at least add "Are you allergic to dogs/cats?" on their screening form and also inform every single client that there's a pet in the room.

Strange
I love animals and have a cat and dog.If I went to a hotel and there was any form of animal in the room just think it was strange.Have no clue what an animal in the room has to do with how many people one services.

I think allergies are in inverse proportion to a girl's attractiveness, lol. I've had one man (out of only TWO that said they were allergic) go get Sudafed and come back. Lots of men love dogs and even request them. My dogs protect me and if they make someone uncomfortable, maybe there is a reason, and best we never meet. I don't need to know anyone that doesn't like animals, and my schedule is pretty full. It's the kind of business I want.
And yes, Naomi, they come to my regular job with me. They have probably gotten me more business than lost. They are good judges of character.

With every situation you can always find the exception , but I would have to say that overall the majority of the women I have known who choose to travel with their pets are responsible, compassionate, caring people. And yes most had to be low volume to make sure that their pet was comfortable with the situation .I am not saying that pet free escorts can not be low volume as well, but it does seem to be a lot more common with those who travel with a dog, or cat.

You may want to reread my post Naomi. One of the first points I made was this "You should also let any potential clients know ahead of time that you have a pet in case he is prone to allergies". If traveling with a pet is not for you that is fine, but why put down others who choose a different approach?
