Unlike yourself, who has no hope of ever matriculating. Go ahead, I'll wait while you look up 'matriculating'.

Bet YOU sure didn't have to look up masturbating, after all those years of seeing your Daddy / brother doing it down at the 'holes and of YOU trying it out since birth on YOUR OWN EUNUCH self ! You knew right away what everyone was referring to ! It a key component of YOUR familias business down at the 'holes, after all ! And it YOU and YOUR boyfriend Big Sir that like crusty brown sheets woomby ! Isn't it about time for YOU to go practice YOUR rusty trombone playing and rusty balloon knot cleaning ! Practice makes perfect after all, and after all this time of YOU being an in-the-closet lying liberal asshole, YOU'VE sure perfected THAT !

I don't know but sometimes things go good for a week or two (blood sugar readings of about 150 or less) but they go back up again (around 270).

My carbs are about 60 grams per meal, no salt, no bread, and I have never smoked.

Of course, we've had another demonstration of just how low some people can go on this site. Watch your backs around them.
#1: You can see how a serious personal topic takes a turn on here, so bringing our personal business on here is not a good idea. That's why my personal life is no one's business on here, and they can speculate all they want .. it doesn't make a rat's ass to me. #2: I'm serious about using one of the websites to manage your food intake and food content .... here is a link to a website ... look at it ... and you will see there is a "free trial" ...

https://www.myfooddiary.com/

Get on the website of any grocery chain in your area and you will find a resource that provides the nutritional labeling on the foots they cell ... if the brand you buy is not there go to that brand's website and look it up.... But that's only if the fooddiary website doesn't already have your food item in their data base ... you can add your own foods if they are not on the fooddiary data base......

here's another suggestion that works and I'm asking you to acknowledge any of your health problems .... if when you exercise (even walking around) your feet hurt ... drink a shot (1 oz) of Black Unsweetened Cherry Juice once a day (starting out with one shot in the morning and one in the evening for a week to 10 days jump starts the process) on a daily basis .. after about 2-3 weeks you will notice the pain will diminish and/or disappear (any joint pain as well). It works ... you can get the juice in the special juice section of the stores and it will run about $5 for a 32 oz bottle ... black cherries are an anti-inflaminate ... but "more" is not better ... just stick with the no more than the amount I said ... it works! ... If one has "hip/joint pain" ... "tennis elbow" etc., ... but one has to keep it up every day ..... it helps keep one "moving"

#3: And I'm not asking for a response ... you avoided mentioning alcoholic beverages in your diet ... if you do you will NEVER get your sugar levels under control ... your target # should be around 120 or so and edging it down to around 100 ... if you self-test throughout the day you can tell the peaks and valleys and equate them with your diet.....

obsessively keep a spread sheet with calories, BP, sugar, weight, date, time.

I'm not sure what this means: "Since you're all so concerned,...."

... but it's not the kind of statement that encourages positive responses!

But the price you had to pay for my 2 cents worth is a bargain.

I think only a couple of people were concerned. I wasn't one of them other than to say you are probably lucky for Obamacare and it having this doctor being kicked out of your plan.

I believe there should be incentives for higher performance in the classroom. However in this CAE, you're talking about apple as and oranges.

ANd JDrunk, nobody gives a fuck. YOU chose to share your pathetic tale of woe. Lay off the fucking sauce and see what happens. Maybe your disease will come under control and you can lay off the Lonely Hearts Club sob stories, boo boo!

That last is more directed at the idiot klan (you know who you are) than most others. Never tried cherry juice for anything. Cherries and I have a history. Yes, my blood sugar rarely gets down to 120 and that is the problem. Doctor says everyone is different but the government says everyone must get to what they say the standard. Same thing as the navy for a few years. They said I was overweight but I ran 10 miles daily, could bench press my own weight, and could dead lift 380 lbs. The standard they said for my height was 175 and not 200 lbs. Always the holy standard.

Actually, I did say, I don't drink. I don't drink beer, wine, or liquor and never have. No herbal remedies either.

In all sincerity, I wish you the best in your struggles. My miracle drug is exercise but it probably wouldn't work for everyone. I don't smoke, drink a couple of days a week in moderation. Don't really monitor my diet to any great extent other than to reasonably limit calorie intake, which is very difficult from now to the end of the year. Everyone is different and what works for one individual might not work for another. Also sorry that the ACA let you down.

I always laugh at the BMI. Does not take into account muscle mass which weighs more than an equal amount of fat. By BMI standards I am "obese". What is more important to me is percentage of body fat.

I'm surprised you never drank alcohol. Good for you!! How did you manage to not do that if I may ask? If it's too personal a question no response needed.

He was a sailor and loved protein shakes served up in the head.

On another note...do any of you understand how much JD is gonna cost the health care system in future years? He'll run up millions in the VA.

A net taker.

Guy would not make it in a true Capitalist Society.

For your sake, alone, hopefully you will find a candidate for POTUS that will simply sign executive orders sending people to the ovens to reduce their cost on our society. In the meantime ....

Once again you missed my point....JD, the Ayn Rand loving type two dickhead is a taker.
